Frequently Asked Questions
Interested in learning more? Here are a number of frequently asked questions I've received. I've tried including a comprehensive variety, but if you still have questions, please get in touch and I’ll answer them ASAP.
Are you an open gym?
No. We are personal training only. We work with people on a one-to-one basis to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
What are your days and hours of operation?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. We are closed on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Our hours are 5am to 6pm or when we are finished training people.
What are the prices?
Quick answer: $400.00 per month plus tax. This is for 30 to 45 minutes per training session and will average 16 to 18 sessions in a month. We charge on a month-to- month basis with no long-term contracts. The privilege of being our own business and not a big corporation is that we have the flexibility to adjust the days, times, and fees to fit each individual's needs. We always recommend talking to us about your situation instead of assuming what will or won’t work.
What are the benefits of a personal trainer?
The knowledge, experience and capability of a trainer to assess the person's needs and restrictions. Then, assess the modifications needed based on those restrictions to still be able to lift weights and to rehabilitate the areas causing the restrictions. The assessment experience of a trainer is one of the most important aspects of weight training. Form, function and efficiency all must work together to make gains towards our goals, again, of health and fitness.
